The story behind the Burp-U

I invented the Burp-U in 2017 after the birth of my daughter. I found myself exhausted lying in bed one night unable to sleep. I began thinking of anything that could make being a new mother easier and cleaner! I realized how many burp cloths I was going through on a daily basis and believed there had to be something better out there than the traditional one shoulder cloth. After days of researching the internet I discovered there was no such thing on the market. That's when I knew that I had to make something that no one had ever seen before. On the cardboard of a diaper box I drew out the first Burp-U design. I wanted it to cover both shoulders, the back, and, most importantly, not fall off. My daughter would take the one shoulder burp cloths off or it would fall off when I would bend over making putting her down for a nap after eating a huge irritation.  I took my design to my mom who was able to take my idea and make it a reality. The Burp-U makes burping a baby mess free by protecting both shoulders and your back. It is unlike any other burp cloth because with a small snap button in front it stays in place keeping it from falling off even when your baby may want to take it with them!
